Upon confirmation of payment, we will dispatch the order within 1-4 hours of ordering but note some cookies are subject to availability depending on current stock.

Speciality cookies i.e. cookie cakes, cookie cereal and lactation cookies require advance notice so can only be placed for next day delivery.

Up to 5-7 days, make sure to store them in an airtight container and away from sunlight. However we recommend eating them within a day or two to enjoy maximum freshness.

Yes, some of our flavours contain nuts. However all our cookies are made in the same kitchen so they may contain traces of nuts (even in flavours that do not directly contain nuts). Kindly contact us on thecookiebarke@gmail.com for further information. 

No there is no minimum order, however delivery is charged the same regardless of the number of cookies ordered.

Yes, they are all Halal except Rocky Road which contains marshmallows (gelatin).

All our cookies are eggless except Oatmeal Raisin.

We have 3 different sized boxes for orders of 5 and above; small, medium and large. So depending on how many cookies you order we will fit them in one of these boxes.
